Our Delivery Process

We make it easy to have your order delivered directly to your home if picking up from our shop front isn't the solution for you. Choose the delivery option that suits you:

• Next Day Delivery: £35 (orders must be placed Monday-Thursday by 2pm)

• Economy Delivery: £30 (delivery within 2-5 working days)

All deliveries are kerbside only, ensuring a quick and safe handover. We can all our buck items, such as deliver Crates, Bulk Bags, Nets and Coal so you get exactly what you need.

How Delivery Works

• Once your order is placed and paid for, we will arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

• Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for next working day delivery.

• Your pallet will be delivered to the kerbside using a tail lift and pump truck. If you choose to have the pallet moved onto your property, this is entirely at your own risk, and we cannot accept liability for any damage and at the delivery drivers descension. 

• Please inform us of any access restrictions at your property. We can arrange delivery on a smaller lorry if needed and weight dependent. Consider narrow roads, low branches, low bridges, uneven surfaces, and other obstacles- failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery refusal or additional charges.

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the pallet will be left at the kerbside and becomes your responsibility.
